God fucking damnit

I just finished taking a quick visit back to my older works and noticed something crappy. I haven't gotten much better since I was 14 and some of my paintings are still better than the ones I do today.

This is crap. Somebody give me some advice how to get better and fast just besides drawing since that's already taken care of. I need studying tips.
